What do I get with my Core membership?

Current benefits include:

  • A 10% discount on all Harry’s-branded products purchased on harrys.com during the subscription term;
  • Free engraving on all engravable Harry’s-branded products purchased on harrys.com during the subscription term; and
  • Exclusive and early access to Harry’s products.
  • Membership benefits are subject to change (including to remove benefits or add new benefits) at any time, without notice to you and for any reason. For up-to-date information on current benefits, you should check back here or, if you are a Core member, review your account page.

When can I start using my Core benefits?

As soon as you sign up! You’ll even get 10% off the first order when you purchase your membership (10% discount excludes Membership product itself). Get shopping (and saving)!

Does the discount apply to retail locations?

The Core membership discount only applies to orders placed on harrys.com where we offer every product you can get in retail, plus many more!

Can I combine my Core membership discount with other discounts?

The membership discount may not be combined with certain other discounts, but you’ll get at least 10% off every order for Harry’s-branded products placed on harrys.com while an active member.

When will I be charged the Core membership fee?

The annual membership fee is charged in full when you first sign up and is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so by contacting our Customer Experience Team (either by phone or email) or through your account page, in which case your membership and the associated benefits will be effective until the expiration of your current subscription term.

Is the Core membership fee refundable?

The annual membership fee is non-refundable.

How long will I have access to my Core benefits? Will my Core membership automatically renew? Will you remind me when it does?

Membership is valid for one year and will auto-renew on each anniversary of your initial subscription date for successive one-year periods for the then-current membership fee. We’ll send a reminder email 30 days before your membership is set to renew so you can cancel if needed.

Will the amount of the membership fee ever change?

The amount of the annual membership fee may be changed at any time, but an existing member will not be charged the new membership fee until the start of that member’s next subscription term and we’ll notify the member of the change prior to charging him or her the new membership fee.

How can I cancel my Core membership?

You can cancel your membership by contacting our Customer Experience Team (either by phone or email) or through your account page, in which case your membership and the associated benefits will be effective until the expiration of your current subscription term.

What other terms and conditions apply to the Core membership program?

Our website’s Terms of Service, including the section entitled “Auto-Renewals and Recurring Billing for Shave Plans and Other Subscription Services”, apply to the Core membership program. You should review the Terms of Service for more information on the terms and conditions applicable to the Core membership program.
